First Steps Wellness Centre Manitoba will be hosting adapted exercise classes catered to persons living with disabilities, as well as the elderly population.

All ages are welcome (minors require adult supervision).

Our trained kinesiologists and athletic therapists will guide you through friendly, accessible exercise programming, focusing on a variety of essential modalities that will challenge you, but also equip you with autonomous exercise skills that are required to maintain good health status, regardless of your age and/or condition.
