An annual general meeting of the members of the Corporation will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 6:30 pm at Sport Manitoba, 145 Pacific Avenue, Conference Room A for the following purposes:

1. Approval of the Initial Corporate By-laws.
2. Receive Reports of the President and Treasurer.
3. Receive the Unaudited Financial Statements.
4. Approval to continue with Unaudited Financial Statements.
5. Presentation of Budget.
6. Approval of Membership Fees.
7. Approval of Amendments to Corporate By-laws.
8. Elect Directors for the following positions:

• President (2-year term);
• Secretary (2-year term);
• Three Directors-at-Large (2-year term);
• One Director-at-Large (1-year term).

The amendments to the Corporate By-laws include a change to the membership year of the Corporation. The current year runs September 1 st to August 31 st , the proposed year will run April 1 st to March 31 st .

Every member is invited to attend the meeting in person. Voting Privileges are extended to Fundamental Members, which are entitled to appoint a delegate who will have one vote each. Member delegates who are unable to attend in person may authorize a proxy to vote on their behalf. Proxies must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 25, 2023. Any proxies received after that time, or brought directly to the meeting, will not be accepted.
